Yes have stayed whenever visiting the boat show and this will be the last visit. Has definitely deteriorated and is no longer luxury accommodation.

The weather was nice and I had a great first night stay here. the hotel is close to buses and ferries, which was really convenient.

Greatly enjoyed this handicap accessible hotel, favourable and ideal location and reasonably large rooms. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were accommodating and pleasant people on arrival informed manager. Location: the property was so close to the airport and the bus stop and restaurants. Café Coffee and Tea Lovers located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Handy to bus to the city for travellers who do not want to drive into the city. Near Cromwell Park with a beautiful view but staff did not point this out to us found by chance. We were put at back and it was very peaceful could open door over looking the pool.

Strange you ask what we did not like but do not complain are we speaking the same language? Only one saucepan in kitchen no frypan very poorly equiped for those who want to cook for themselves if they are staying a few days. Staff did not know the nearest supermarket sent us to near freeway when there was one a few steps to the left. Staff were friendly just think they did not know the area very well.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from One Tree Hill.

That it was easy to get to from the airport, Newmarket, and Mt Smart.

That there were no curtains on the penthouse roof, and the spa was actually a spa bath.

Location is the only plus for this hotel

No tv remote in room, no teabags and only very basic furnishings. Bed soft and squishy and not at all comfortable. Lots of renovation needs to be done at this place to bring it up to scratch.

The location of this hotel is convenient as it's only a short drive away from both the airport and the city center. There are also nearby attractions like the Cornwall Park and a raceway just across the road.

The hotel is poorly maintained and in dire need of a revamp.

Very friendly obliging staff, conditions of room need attention, towels were not changed on one day, utensils like no frying pan, Phone was replaced, but some how never worked, loss of contact to improve business, room was cold had no heater to warm room, in general

I like the Hotel, but small points as mentioned needs serious attention, the wonderful staff , will keep me coming back.

The room was very comfortable with good facilities. Although the lodge was busy, we didn't experience any disturbance from other guests. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thanks.

Would have liked another bedside table so we each had somewhere to put our coffee. We have sky at home and found tv channels limited.

Our recent stay at Parklane Motor Lodge was fantastic. The location was perfect, being close to a hospital and a park. We also appreciated the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and exactly what we expected. I highly recommend this hotel.
